Esta chica perdió 60 kilos solo engañando a su cerebro de esta simple forma

Mathilde Broberg sufrió producto de la obesidad y en la actualidad la chica es entrenadora y modelo deportiva.

Perder peso es un gran reto, el que con constancia, esfuerzo y metodología se puede conseguir de forma satisfactoria, tal es el caso de la chica danesa, Mathilde Broberg quien por medio de una inusual fórmula consiguió este objetivo. Ella ha registrado en su cuenta de Instagram la increíble transformación que la llevó a pesar 67 kilos luego de bordear los 126.

Pero esta variación en su figura no fue al azar, ya que Broberg invirtió altas horas en el gimnasio, una dieta saludable y una intervención quirúrgica que redujo su estómago. Sumado a esto, la mujer manifestó que durante todo este proceso ella “engañó a su cerebro” consumiendo una cucharada de café antes de cada comida, lo que la hacía sentir mayor saciedad al terminar de alimentarse.

El origen de esta evolución comenzó para Mathilde en el año 2012, momento en el que tomó conciencia de su obesidad mórbida  cuando casi no pudo ingresar a una montaña rusa porque no cruzaba el cinturón de seguridad. Tras este episodio, ella comenzó un largo camino libre de alimentos altos en grasas y calorías y lleno de trabajo físico constante, lo que la llevó a ser modelo deportiva y entrenadora.

Además, Broberg está en constante ayuda para quienes atraviesan por una situación similar a la vivida por ella años atrás, por lo que en cada una de sus publicaciones los motiva a terminar con su obesidad. “¡Si yo puedo hacerlo, tú también puedes!”, destaca la danesa en su cuenta de Instagram.

Measurements ?? This is crazy! _ If I can do it so can you! Anything is possible it you want enough – never stop believing in yourself and stay strong. This is a journey that’s been going on since summer, 2012. My weightloss journey ended 2,5 years ago and since that I’ve been working out in the gym minimum 3 times EVERY week. In a period from Fall, 2014 to Summer, 2015 I’ve been eating too healthy (and too little) + worked out 6 times pr week. Successful weightloss? _ Went from 120kg (268lbs) to 57kg (125lbs) and now I’m 67 (139lbs). 2012 vs 2016 _ Stay focused, stop making excuses, stop eating junk, take one day at a time, remember that everything counts. _ It’s mostly about the food you eat. Trust me, I’ve had times where I just wanted to quit it and I said to myself “It doesn’t matter anyways.. I’ll never lose weight and be a size ‘normal’.” _ I’m soooo happy for not letting that voice control me this time ?? Patience and self discipline is the ? to a successful weight loss! _ Don’t give up and don’t look back. Take one day at a time and set small goals for yourself.
